Motherhood is a life-changing experience for a woman, and Alia Bhatt agrees. She recently sat down for an interview with Jay Shetty and shared that nothing could have prepared her for motherhood. It has become a significant part of her life to the extent that she can’t recall how her life used to be before it. In her words:
“I don’t think you can prepare yourself to feel what you are about to feel. I’ve forgotten what life was pre-motherhood—in terms of my feelings, way of life, or the way my brain functioned at the time. My days are so full now. In fact, I wonder what I was doing earlier.”
