India beat New Zealand to win the ICC Champions Trophy at the Dubai International Stadium last night. Present in the stands was Vivek Oberoi. The actor was seated right ahead of cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash. Vivek dropped a video that captured the high energy in the stadium in the moments leading up to India’s win.
In the clip that has now gone viral, Vivek Oberoi can be seen chatting with Yuzvendra Chahal. He can be heard saying, “Kyua lagt hai Yuzi.. 251… India jeetegi?” to which Chahal replied, “Aaram se bhai.” Meanwhile, RJ Mahvash smiled wide while enjoying the match.

Vivek wore a blue hoodie and paired his outfit with large tinted shades. Meanwhile, Yuzvendra opted for a black jacket layered over a black t-shirt and pants. The actor captioned his post, “Spin master @yuzi_chahal23 in our box, spinning the winning energy for team India, cheering with us! Thank you bro for being an inspiration to so many young cricketers. #ChampionsTrophy2025.”
Vivek Oberoi is a cricket buff. The actor often makes appearances at major cricketing events to show his support for team India. He was earlier seen in the stands during the India vs Pakistan ICC Champions Trophy match in Dubai on February 25, 2025. He was joined by his son Vivaan. The two were seen in Indian jerseys as they chanted “India! India!” along with the excited crowd.

Vivek Oberoi was last seen in the series Indian Police Force. The show is a part of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. The series saw him star alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Shilpa Shetty. His next is a film titled Kesari Veer which is reportedly in post-production.
