Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt who is known for his horror romantic films is now all set to come out with his new project Tumko Meri Kasam starring Anupam Kher, Adah Sharma, Ishwak Singh and Esha Deol. The film is reportedly based on Dr Ajay Mudia’s life, a pioneering IVF doctor. Recently, in an exclusive chat with Filmfare Vikram said Salman Khan is the most underrated actor in Bollywood.
Vikram Bhatt has been at the helm of many blockbuster films like Ghulam (1998) and Raaz (2002). Over the years, he has worked with many stars, too. In his opinion, the most underrated actors are stars. The filmmaker elaborates, “I think the most underrated actor we have is Salman Khan, because one only uses him in films, that have a mass-appeal. You just think there is a ‘Salman Khan’ kind of film and he’s not good for any other film. I think he’s a very good actor. If I were given a chance, I would make an action-emotional kind of film with him.”

Vikram further added, “Just give him a chance and he will sparkle. His talent is being underused to just make him do the same things, over and over again. Action in slow motion and those dance routine. And of course, that gets a lot of money and he is Salman Khan. But there is an actor within Salman Khan that I have seen from time to time.”
Salman Khan will be seen in Sikandar along with Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal. The film is helmed by director AR Murugadoss. Sikandar is set for an Eid 2025 release.
