For the unversed, 23-year-old law student, Rakshit Chaurasia lost control of a speeding car and collided with five pedestrians, causing a woman to die and eight individuals to be seriously injured.

The eyewitnesses revealed that Rakshit Chaurasiya was under the influence of alcohol, and he lost control of the speeding car. In the video, which surfaced online, the co-passengers were seen blaming Rakshit for over-speeding the car. The eyewitness said that Rakshit was screaming, saying, ‘Another round, another round’. The car belonged to Rakshit’s friend, Prashun Chauhan, who was sitting in the co-passenger seat. Rakshit was the one who was driving the car, and overspeeding it. After the same, it collided with two scooters and dragged the passengers before coming to the stop.
