The actress is a new mom who welcomed her daughter, Dua, with her husband, Ranveer Singh, in September 2024. In a recent event, Deepika got real about navigating life after having a baby, and the ‘mom guilt’ that comes with it.

Deepika recently graced the prestigious Forbes 30/50 Global Summit in Abu Dhabi, making heads turn with her dazzling golden ensemble paired with edgy black boots. She exuded grace and glam as she shared her journey with the audience. When asked if becoming a mother has changed how she chooses her roles, Deepika didn’t hesitate and said:
“Yes, I think motherhood in itself has been so incredible that I’m sure somewhere, if not consciously, subconsciously it will influence the kind of movies and the roles that I choose to do moving forward. Having said that, I do believe that I’ve been pretty aware and conscious even before motherhood.”
