In an interview, the Animal actor shared that Alia Bhatt is not his first wife. A fan visited his home with a pandit to marry him.
In an interaction with a leading news portal, Ranbir Kapoor opened up about his craziest fan moment. He shared that one of his fans arrived at his home in Mumbai with the intention of marrying him. She came with a pandit and while the actor was not home at the time, she did the wedding ritual with his gate. Ranbir recalled that there was a tika on the gate and some flowers. He joked, “I haven’t met my first wife yet, so I look forward to meeting you at some point.”

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot back in April 2022. The couple had an intimate wedding ceremony at their home, Vastu in Mumbai. They are proud parents to their first child, Raha.
