Krishna Kumar Menon, popularly known as Kay Kay Menon, is one of the most acclaimed actors in the Hindi film industry. Born into a Malayali family in Kerala and raised in Pune, Maharashtra, Kay Kay began his career in the advertising industry. However, his stint with acting began when he ventured into theatre.
He began his career initially by working on a few TV shows and made his big screen debut in 1995 with the film, Naseem. It was after the release of the critically acclaimed film, Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi that Kay Kay tasted success. It was followed by Ram Gopal Varma’s Sarkar, which got Kay Kay a lot of critical acclaim.
