Kim Soo Hyun has recently hosted a press conference wherein he straightaway denied dating the late actress, Kim Sae Ron when she was a minor. For the unversed, Kim Sae Ron passed away at the age of 24 on February 16, and it was on the same day as Soo Hyun’s birthday, which gave rise to several dark theories, which later intensified as several allegations were heaved upon the actor and his agency. Amid all this, on March 31, 2025, he denied all the allegations. However, he was slammed further for his act.

While talking at the press conference, Kim Soo Hyun cried and stated that all the allegations were wrong. He accepted dating Sae Ron, but that was only when she reached a certain age. Soo Hyun stated that he dated Sae Ron for one year, and at first, he couldn’t accept the same as he is a lead star of the show, Queen of Tears. Thus, for the sake of the show and the cast, he couldn’t come forward and say ‘yes’ to his and Sae Ron’s dating buzz. He also denied the fact that his agency has pressured Sae Ron to pay the debt for her DUI case, as alleged by the actress’ family members.
