Jennifer Lawrence welcomes second child with husband Cooke Maroney

The couple, who got married in October 2019, also has a three-year-old son named Cy. Days after the birth of her second child, the No Hard Feelings actress was clicked with her husband, strolling together in New York City.

She announced her pregnancy in October last year through the Instagram page of a leading publication and a feature article. The caption of the post read, “Congratulations are in order for Jennifer Lawrence! The Oscar-winning actor will be welcoming her second child with art gallerist husband Cooke Maroney.”

Following the announcement, People magazine quoted a source as saying, “She loves being a mom. She’s thrilled to be pregnant again. It feels like the perfect timing to her. Her son will be 3 when the new baby arrives.”

A couple of years ago, she opened up about having a kid and balancing her career and said, “There’s no squeezing when you have a baby. There’s just home, and it’s the best. It definitely helps weed out projects- ‘Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Is this worth being away from my child for half the day?'”

Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney started dating in 2018. The latter is an art gallery director, and the actress was introduced to him by Laura Simpson. They got engaged in February 2019 and got married in October of the same year. She once revealed that she had two miscarriages before she welcomed her first child. The first time she got pregnant, the actress was in her 20s and planned on aborting the baby but miscarried it. She suffered a second miscarriage while filming Don’t Look Up.

On the work front, Jennifer Lawrence will be seen in the film Die, My Love.
