Now, Mukesh Ambani was high in praise for his daughter, called his daughter, Isha his ‘boss’ and shared about how she has helped in the growth of Reliance Industries.

Mukesh, in an interview with Financial Express, shared that his daughter, Isha, has a very kind nature and is the boss of his life. The richest industrialist in India and Asia was talking at the Express Awards for Women Entrepreneurship in Mumbai. The event was attended by his daughter, Isha, and his daughter-in-law, Shloka Mehta, who listened to Mukesh’s speech. In his words:
“The day is set on the panel. The world is moving towards a more compassionate, loving and empathy-filled world. Isha always tells me, now it is not survival of the fittest. It is the survival of the kindest. That is the impact she has on me. She grades many things, and now I am giving you all the leads. When we do meetings together I look at her and say that this is the deal. She is perpetually grading me. In a sense, I already have a boss. From all the meetings that we do together.”
