Alia Bhatt often shares glimpses of her life with her followers. Recently, the actress started a YouTube video series called In My Mama’s Kitchen in which she cooks along with her mother, actress Soni Razdan. The latest video sees Alia trying to bake. However, she burnt her hand in the process.

The cooking video opens with Alia asking her mom to let her cook since the YouTube video series is about her learning to cook. She said, “I thought this was about me cooking and you looking.” As they began prep and started baking, Alia asked who was going to eat the dish. To this, Soni replied, “I think we will send some to Shaheen. We’ll send some for Raha. And then you better get it out of my house because I don’t need to eat any more sweet stuff for this month. I think I am done with my quota.”

Once dessert was ready, Alia took a bite and loved it. However, she accidentally touched the hot baking tray and burned her hand. Soni quickly asked her to place her hand under cold water. Alia titled the video “Burnt my hand for this one.”

Alia Bhatt was last seen in Vasan Bala’s Jigra alongside Vedang Raina. The jailbreak drama opened up mixed reactions. Her slate of upcoming projects includes Love & War. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial will see her star alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. The film is expected to release in March 2026. Alia is also set to star in YRF Spy Universe’s female-led film Alpha alongside Sharvari. The makers are eyeing a Christmas release for the film.
