Raid 2 is directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, and the much-awaited film will be released in theatres on May 1, 2025. The crime thriller is the sequel to the 2018 film, Raid, which was among the highest-grossing films of that year. Made with a budget of just Rs. 40 crores, Raid collected around Rs. 153.62 crores at the box office, becoming one of the most profitable films of Ajay Devgn’s illustrious career.
Now, after a gap of six long years, Raj Kumar Gupta is finally here with Raid 2, and the anticipation for the film is at an all-time high. Although the film was announced back in April 2020, but due to a series of reasons, it got delayed a couple of times, and finally, the filming started in 2024.
