Sunita, who was just 18 when she tied the knot with Govinda, revealed that she felt like she was still a child when she had her daughter, Tina Ahuja. For the uninitiated, Tina was born nearly a year after the couple’s marriage when Sunita was only 19. She can be quoted as saying:
“When I got married to Govinda, he had a big family. I got married when I was just 18. I was 19 when Tina was born so I was still a child when I had the baby.”
