Mahesh and Namrata first crossed paths while working on Vamsi in 2000, where they starred opposite each other. Their relationship grew over the years, leading to their marriage in 2005. Together, they have built a close-knit family, welcoming their son Gautham in 2006 and daughter Sitara in 2012, often sharing glimpses of their family moments that fans cherish.
Work-wise, Mahesh Babu was last seen in Guntur Kaaram, directed by Trivikram Srinivas, which released in 2024. He is now preparing for one of the most awaited projects in Indian cinema, SS Rajamouli’s Varanasi, which also features Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Speaking at the announcement, the actor said, “This is a dream project, a once-in-a-lifetime project. I will work as hard for it as possible. I will make everyone proud. Most importantly, I’ll make my director the proudest. When Varanasi releases, India will be proud of us.”
