While critics found the film’s screenplay to be a letdown, they highlighted that Nayanthara and Madhavan have put their best foot forward. Away from the arch lights, both the actors share a close, friendly, and ‘family-like’ bond, further strengthened by their collaboration in the Test.
Nayanthara and Madhavan’s friendship grew during the filming process, with both parties publicly expressing admiration for each other.
