For those who do not know, Adrija recently got engaged to Vignuesh Iyer in an intimate ceremony, which was held at a farmhouse in Maharashtra. Adrija Roy fell for Vignuesh Iyer’s love towards dogs
Recently, during a candid chat with the Times of India, actress, Adrija Roy opened up about the bond she shares with her to-be-husband. Adrija revealed that she and Vignuesh first met at a party, which was hosted by their common friends. Adrija further recalled her first conversation with Vignuesh, after which she felt an instant connection. Adrija Roy was quoted as saying:
“Vignuesh is grounded, kind and refreshingly different from the world I belong to. Vignuesh’s family runs a farm that shelters nearly 270 stray dogs, and his father believes dogs are nothing less than divine. I could instantly connect with someone who had so much empathy for the helpless.”
