The 911 dialler reported seeing a woman dressed in all black hanging out of the window of a car and screaming, most likely for help. The call dispatcher described the vehicle as a dark grey or blue Chevrolet Malibu. According to the unidentified woman, the car lacked a number plate, raising suspicion about the occupants’ intentions. It might have indicated their plans to commit unlawful activities, such as kidnapping. The dispatcher also mentioned that the car door was open when the woman was screaming, hinting at a possibility of her struggle to escape.
