
Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance has continued to grip the Tucson community, even after 30 days of her disappearance. While authorities continue their search, one of the men briefly detained during the investigation has spoken out. Luke Daley, a resident in Arizona with a criminal record in the past, was briefly taken into custody during a SWAT raid to explore his possible role in the 84-year-old’s disappearance. After his subsequent release, Luke has finally broken his silence on the same.
Luke Daley opens up about his alleged Involvement in the case
Luke Daley was briefly detained in connection with the Nancy Guthrie case on February 13, 2026. Authorities executed search warrants at his home. His residence is allegedly two miles from Nancy’s home, where she was last seen. However, just when people felt a ray of hope, he was released without charges, reflecting his innocence. Now, Luke finally sat down with True Crime Arizona’s Briana Whitney for a conversation and opened up about his arrest in the case. In his words:
