Now, he will work in Nazdeekiyan, which also stars Paresh Pahuja, Akanksha Singh and Nikita Dutta in leading roles. This project is bringing together a fresh ensemble. As per the makers, the focus is on modern relationships and layered emotions. Moreover, Nazdeekiyan promises to offer a relatable and engaging story.

Speaking about the moment, Taha shared, “Today feels very special. From being a part of Dharma’s Gippi to now collaborating again with Karan Johar, it truly feels like a full-circle journey. After working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali sir, I’m excited to explore a completely new space with Nazdeekiyan. I’m grateful and really looking forward to audiences experiencing it.”

The actor also worked in Paro recently. Opening up about the intense narrative of the movie, Taha shared, “Paro is a community of white slaves. They are known as Paro. There are hundreds in some village. Everyone is called Paro. They have no name, which is extremely sad. This is the fight to give them the honour of having their own name. I think it’s an honest story. And the subject is very hard hitting. It hasn’t been spoken about. It is going to build awareness. It is not just a movie for entertainment purposes, it is also something which leaves a message and a moral. It travels through languages and barriers.”

He further added, “When a film ends at least film festivals, people start clapping. But after Paro was shown, we saw that people just went very numb. It took a while for everyone to snap out of it. That kind of reaction means that we have shaken something from within. When we were promoting the film in Chicago, we saw many shed a tear or two as well. That says something.”
