What is Raakaasa about?
The story of the film, Raakaasa, revolves around a mysterious fort and a demon living within it. Interestingly, the demon in question has laid a condition for the villagers that if they refuse to obey his commands, he won’t spare their village. Because of this one condition, the villagers have followed his orders for thousands of years. However, everything turns on its head when a young US returnee arrives in the village and challenges this rule, although unknowingly.
