In the recent court proceeding that happened on April 7, 2026, the judge made it clear that the custody of Ever True will remain with Dakota; however, the judge allowed Taylor eight hours per week of supervised visitation. The court felt that it is best for the child if he is allowed to spend time with both Taylor and Dakota. According to a report by People, this decision will stay in place until the next hearing which will happen on April 30, 2026.
