Doug Allan was a famous Scottish wildlife cameraman and marine biologist. He was born in 1951. Talking about his education accolades, he studied marine biology and worked as a research driver in Antarctica’s extreme conditions. It was there that he developed a love for photographing wildlife. He went on to make his footing in the photography business. He contributed to major BBC documentaries such as Planet Earth, The Blue Planet and Frozen Planet.
