Homebound actor Vishal Jethwa has left people guessing after sharing a striking glimpse of his latest fitness grind. Taking to his social media handle, he posted a close-up image of his palms covered in visible calluses and blisters showcasing the toll of an intense training session.
What caught everyone’s attention wasn’t just the image, but the powerful caption that read, “105 pull-ups. No shortcuts. 40 weighted (10kg), 60 bodyweight, 5 just to wake up.

The training is for Vishal’s upcoming project, as he starts preparing for a physically demanding role. Speaking about his training Vishal said, “I’ve been focusing on a combination of bodyweight training and strength work to build overall fitness and endurance. The idea is to stay consistent, improve strength gradually, and push my limits every day while keeping the training disciplined and structured.”
According to a source close to the actor, “Vishal has been spending a significant amount of time in the gym with his trainer Nikesh. This transformation is the result of rigorous and consistent training over the past one and a half months. He has visibly gained muscle mass. This is in prep for an upcoming project that demands for him to be training to this intensity.”

Vishal Jethwa was most recently seen in Homebound with Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor. The Neeraj Ghaywan directorial was one of the 15 films shortlisted for the 98th Academy Awards for Best International Feature Film, however, it failed to secure a nomination.
Vishal Jethwa is also known for portraying Akbar in Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap and playing Sunny in Mardaani 2. He was also seen with Kajol and Aneet Padda in Salaam Venky.
