Recently, Deepika took to social media and shared a heartfelt post that hinted at the arrival of their second child. In the picture, we can see their first daughter, Dua, holding a pregnancy test showing positive results, confirming the pregnancy. This announcement has started spreading waves of happiness among their fans as they congratulate the couple on this heartwarming news.  

According to sources, long before the lives of the popular Bollywood couple started becoming a part of blockbuster headlines and their moments in the spotlight, Deepika and Ranveer often spoke about their dream of having a simple future, one built around family, laughter, and a home full of children.

After being blessed with a daughter, named Dua, back in 2024, this morning, March 19, 2026, the couple made another thrilling announcement hinting at the news of expecting their second child. As soon as the couple made the announcement, their fans immediately started congratulating them with an overwhelming number of responses. Samantha also commented with a few red heart emoticons. Parineeti Chopra wrote, “Congratssssssss.” The couple, Kiara and Siddharth Malhotra, who recently got married as well, were also seen congratulating the couple. 

Deepika and Ranveer got married on November 14, 2018. The couple’s relationship began on the sets of their film Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela in 2013, and after dating for several years, they secretly got engaged in 2015 before getting married in 2018.
