IITian Baba, Abhey Singh hails from Haryana. As per reports, he studied aerospace engineering at IIT Bombay. During this course of time, he found an interest in philosophy and took courses on the same. He studied the theories of Plato and Socrates and started exploring Postmodernism as well. As per the reports, he later even changed his name to Masani Gorakh and decided to dedicate his life to lord Shiva. He also reportedly said that he has other names, such as Raghav and Jagdish.
