When Akshay Kumar was denied entry in a gymkhana and slammed himself
An interview with Akshay went viral after he was first nominated for a Filmfare Award. It looked as if the interview had happened on one of his movie sets, as the actor was dressed like a fauji with cut marks on his face. He told the journalist that he never deserved the award and criticized himself for not being a good actor. Akshay then narrated an incident about his acting career and shared how he was once denied entry to a gymkhana. In Akshay’s words:
“Even the critics knows that I am not a good actor. Even I know that I am not a good actor. I have to tell you something about acting. As I have been nominated for it which I don’t deserve it. I remember about few days back I had gone to a gymkhana. I wanted to take admission in it. He just looked at me. And he said, no we don’t give admission to actors.
