Saif Ali Khan was reportedly stabbed by a robber at his home in Bandra. The shocking incident occurred around 2:30 am while the Bollywood actor and other residents were asleep.
As per reports, the perpetrator escaped after residents of the home woke up due to the commotion. The Bandra police are registering an FIR and kickstarting efforts to find the robber.
Reports also mention that Saif Ali Khan has been taken to Lilavati Hospital where he is currently undergoing treatment. An IPS officer shared that it is unclear if the actor was stabbed or injured as the investigation is ongoing. However, newer reports suggest that he is wounded on the neck and the back.
Lilavati Hospital’s CEO, Niraj Uttamani shared that Saif Ali Khan was brought in with six injuries out of which two seem to be deep and one is close to the spine. A special team of doctors is currently operating on him.
