According to the records, which were obtained by ABC4, Utah Supreme Court Justice Diana Hagen failed to promote ‘confidence in the judiciary’ due to being ‘improperly influenced by external relationships‘. Diana shared her resignation letter to Utah Gov. Spencer Cox, which was obtained by Fox News.
