Salman Khan took a trip down nostalgia lane to celebrate his mother Salma Khan and stepmother Helen on Mother’s Day. Salman shared a series of photos with the two, where he is seen as a child and an adult, with his two mothers. He captioned the carousel as, “Happy Mother’s Day.”
Salman has, time and again, opened up about the heartfelt relationships he shares with his mothers. The actor and his family keep sharing photos from their gatherings, which including Salim Khan, his wives and their children.
Iulia Vantur, Salman’s rumoured girlfriend, has also posted for Salma, Helen and her mother. Sharing a carousel of hearty clicks with the three, she penned, “Happy Mother’s Day! I’m so grateful and lucky to be blessed with their love, with their warm, loving and protective hand holding mine, no matter what. I love u [four heart emoticons]. Happy mother’s day to all the amazing women who’ve been there for mine like a mother does. Happy mother’s day to u Woman! (sic)”
On the professional front, Salman Khan is busy filming his upcoming South venture, alongside Nayanthara. The makers are inching closer to the release of Maatrubhumi, Salman’s next Bollywood film. He is starring with Chitrangda Singh. The film’s release has reportedly been postponed. However, the makers have yet to reveal a revised release date.
As per several reports, the actor may also headline a superhero film. The movie will be helmed by filmmaker duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. Other reports also suggest that the movie may see the reunion of Salman and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
