An online user, who goes by the username, @annemarieosullivan8717 made some explosive claims about Joni’s close family members. According to her, author, Laura Lynn Tyler Thompson got informed about Joni’s alleged “terminal cancer” a year before the latter’s demise. For the unversed, Laura hosted a daily program titled Laura-Lynn Live at the Eagle’s Nest in Daystar but departed from the network on November 27, 2024 citing ethical concerns. The post regarding Joni’s nephew could be read as:
