Kangana Ranaut, who is busy promoting her newly released film, Emergency, sat down for an interview with Ajeet Bharti. During the conversation, she revealed that she was offered the titular role of ‘Rani Padmavati’ in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat. However, when she asked the filmmaker for the film’s script to understand it thoroughly, he refused to share it. Kangana mentioned that the filmmaker claimed he never shared his scripts and rather verbally explained to her about the female lead character in the film. Talking about the same, the actress revealed:
