Actress, Rumer Willis has lately made explosive allegations against her ex-partner, Derek Richard Thomas. She has accused him of incessant domestic violence and insane emotional abuse. This was when the ex-couple was in a relationship and is now fighting for the custody of their daughter, Louetta. Actress, Rumer Willis accuses ex-Derek Richard Thomas of consistent verbal attacks
A report by Page Six shared that Derek Richard Thomas had been asking for the custody of his daughter and visitation rights back in July 2025. Now, Rumer has claimed that Derek has had a persistent pattern of insane emotional abuse. She revealed it had taken place even before they broke up in 2024. She alleged of being abused in front of her minor child or while they were trapped in the car with him. As mentioned in the court documents, she shared:
“He engaged in ongoing coercive control through prolonged circular verbal attacks that he is unable or unwilling to stop. He engages in this type of attack for over six hours at a time on what became a daily basis.”
