Amid that, PEOPLE had a conversation with one of James’ neighbour, in which he recalled his first interaction with Michael. The neighbour, Jerry Merill has shifted to a house next-door to James Handy nearly 2.5 years ago; however, it was only six months ago that he first saw Michael.
