Kim and Lewis first sparked dating rumours in early 2026; however, have rarely spoken about each other. In April 2026, Lewis shared a post with Kim, subtly confirming their relationship. Now, a few days ago, on June 1, 2026, Kim took to her IG handle to share a snap with Lewis, in which the two were cycling. Amid that, an insider close to them revealed that Kim is no more interested in dating; however, Lewis worked very hard to pursue her. The source was quoted as saying:
“She really took her time before jumping into this romance. The idea of dating around really wasn’t appealing to her. But Lewis was very charming and he worked hard to romance her. Privately, she’s confided that she sees him as husband material. And it’s very much a two-way street, as Lewis is totally gaga for Kim too.
