Now, her cousin brother, Akash Satish Ugale, has mustered the courage to speak about what led to Sanchita taking the extreme step as he deals with the grief of losing his cousin sister.

Sanchita Ugale’s cousin brother, Akash Satish Ugale, had drawn parallels between the demise of his sister and that of Bollywood and TV actor, Sushant Singh Rajput, back in 2020. In an interview with the ANI, he stated that big stars such as Sushant and others whose names can be Googled died by suicide due to pressure. Sanchita’s cousin brother also revealed that he, Sanchita’s family and friends feel that the actress took the extreme step due to pressure in the industry. In his words:
“Hum, hamare mitra group, family ko bhi yahi lagta hai ki meri behen ko ess industry se bahut pressure kia ja raha tha.”
