Maria lost her life at the Ponte do Esqueleto, famously known as ‘Skeleton Bridge’. It is famous for extreme sports adventures. As per the investigators, Maria was thrown from the bridge without a safety rope attached to her harness. The three men who launched her from the bridge didn’t attach the safety rope. The horrific video footage reveals how witnesses on the bridge yelled that she was thrown without the safety gear, which was connected to her.
