Kumkum Bhagya actress, Sanchita Ugale died by suicide at the age of 22. Her father, Machhindra Ugale, recently spoke about the mental health of her daughter, just days before her death. The bereaved father, who is coming to terms with the demise of his daughter, revealed that Sanchita looked very disturbed even when she appeared to be normal and fine. His biggest regret is not being with his daughter in her last moment.
Sanchita Ugale’s father reveals that he was not with his daughter when she took her life
Sanchita Ugale’s father, Machhindra Ugale, in an interview with NDTV, revealed that his daughter was under constant pressure and was also being harassed. He revealed that this was the reason he and the family used to accompany her daily. However, the day she ended her life, for a short time, Macchindra and his family were not with Sanchita for merely 30 minutes. He calls it his mistake and did not know that his daughter would take this drastic step. In his words:
“Yeh baat humare dhyaan mein aayi thi, aur isi liye hum uske saath roz aana-jaana karte the. Bas utna hi waqt, samjho ki aadha ghanta hum uske saath nahi the, wo hamari galti samjho. Lekin wo itne depression mein chali gayi, yeh humein maloom nahi tha ki wo aisa kadam utha legi.”
