
Kylie Jenner has found herself in legal soup once again, as a third employee took matters to court, alleging that the Jenner-Kardashian sister’s workload caused significant losses in her personal life, both physically and mentally. Kylie’s former private chef recently filed a lawsuit alleging that the strenuous workload and demanding working conditions during her high-risk pregnancy contributed to a miscarriage after one of Kylie’s kids’ birthday parties at Palm Springs.
Ex-chef alleges Kylie Jenner’s demanding workload led to her pregnancy loss
The newest lawsuit, reportedly filed Monday, June 22, 2026, in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Kylie’s former private chef was subjected to work that demanded extreme physical activities. The complainant (anonymous) had informed her supervisors beforehand that she was in the middle of a high-risk pregnancy and needed reasonable accommodations. The chef, who was reportedly hired in November 2024, had disclosed her pregnancy the following month.
