
After getting into professional Basketball, Zaire Wade, the eldest son of NBA Hall of Famer, Dwayne Wade, has reportedly been taken into custody in California. He was charged with domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment. In fact, the 24-year-old professional basketball player was booked by the Burbank Police Department on allegations. Meanwhile, an emergency protective order has been issued, and authorities continue to investigate the case.
Zaire Wade is booked on multiple felony charges
According to multiple news reports, Zaire Wade was taken into custody on June 21, 2026, after the Burbank Police reported an alleged disturbance at a residence around 5:30 a.m. The report also mentioned that officers were sent after they received a call, which claimed a woman was screaming inside the home. Eventually, when officers reached the scene, they found Zaire with a woman who had cuts and lacerations on her face and body. Despite the reported injuries, she was not taken to a hospital.
