It has already been ten days since the horrific death of Pune-based realtor Ketan Agarwal, and the case continues to dominate headlines across the nation. Amid the public outcry, the 26-year-old’s alleged murder has drawn an emotional reaction from the family of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, whose honeymoon killing shocked the country last year.
Raja’s grieving mother, Uma Raghuvanshi, has now compared the two cases, calling the prime accused, Siya Goyal, the ‘younger version’ of her own daughter-in-law, Sonam Raghuvanshi.
Uma Raghuvanshi says Ketan’s case reminds her of Raja’s murder
Just over a year after Raja Raghuvanshi’s Meghalaya Honeymoon murder, his bereaved mother, Uma, cannot help but find eerie similarities between that case and the Pune murder of Ketan Agarwal. Uma alleged that Siya Goyal followed a similar pattern to Sonam Raghuvanshi, who is facing trial in Raja’s murder case and is currently out on conditional bail. Now, Siya, too, is facing similar charges of a conspired plot to kill Ketan.
