The legal proceedings of Ketan Agarwal’s murder case have come into focus after Advocate Ashutosh Srivastava filed a Rs. 10 crore defamation suit against Siya Goyal’s brother, Sahil Goyal. The major twist came after the court extended Siya’s remand until July 3, 2026. Amid that, Advocate Srivastava, who had initially appeared for Siya as her lawyer, has now filed a suit against her brother, Sahil, seeking Rs. 10 crore in damages. According to reports, the lawyer sent Sahil the legal notice after he introduced Vipul Dushing as Siya’s representative instead of Ashutosh.
