Even though it’s been more than one month since she died, no details about the cause of her death have been revealed. For the unversed, she died on May 29, 2026. Well, now new details have emerged in the tragic case.
Lauren Bennett’s death case under investigation
After more than a month, Lauren Bennett’s tragic death is back to focus. As per a recent report by TMZ, the singer’s untimely death is now under investigation, led by Kent and Medway Coroner Service. The authorities confirmed that the singer passed away on May 29, 2026, and an official investigation began after two weeks, on June 12, 2026. The investigation is expected to continue till October 30, 2026. Apart from this, no other details have been shared by the authorities.
Even though the reason behind an official investigation has not been revealed, some reports claim that it is because Lauren’s exact cause of death is not stated. If reports are to be believed, in England and Wales, whenever a person dies or if the doctors are unable to determine the cause of death, the case goes to a coroner. It is then the coroner, who decides if an investigation is needed or not. As per TMZ, a coroner is involved in Lauren Bennett’s death.
