Janhvi Kapoor, who has been in a long-term relationship with Shikhar Pahariya, has once again melted hearts with a subtle yet romantic tribute to him. The actress recently attended her sister Anshula Kapoor’s wedding festivities and shared a series of stunning photos from the celebrations.
For the reception, Janhvi looked resplendent in a custom Manish Malhotra ensemble. While fans couldn’t stop gushing over her look, it was a tiny detail in one of the pictures that stole the spotlight. In a shot of her hand, the actress revealed her mehendi, which had “Shikhu”, Shikhar’s nickname, written in Hindi.

Janhvi and Shikhar have been rumoured to be dating for years. Although the couple has never officially confirmed their relationship, they have never shied away from expressing their affection towards each other. Over the years, they have been spotted attending family gatherings, temple visits, vacations and industry events together.
Janhvi has also made several adorable public gestures for Shikhar. Last year, she turned heads by wearing a customised T-shirt featuring his photos. Before that, she was seen sporting a diamond necklace with the word “Shiku”, subtly acknowledging their relationship.
In an earlier interview, Janhvi also opened up about their bond, revealing that Shikhar has been a part of her life since she was a teenager. Calling him her support system, she said they have “almost raised each other” and that they have always shared each other’s dreams.
