On June 26, 2026, just weeks before her tragic demise, she shared a carousel featuring a large bouquet of red roses with the letters ‘K’ and ‘B’ and a heart made of white flowers.
The gorgeous floral arrangement was ordered to celebrate Kauana and Barbara’s engagement.
