Ever since Deepika and Ranveer announced their second pregnancy, their fans have been glued to their social media accounts to catch any detail about them. Showing the everyday reality of approaching the final stages of pregnancy, Deepika reposted a light-hearted video reel that perfectly captured a very common experience for many expectant mothers: the nightly struggle of walking to the bathroom.
The social media reel featured a pregnant woman making her way to the washroom in the middle of the night. It was accompanied by the caption:“Waking up at night to use the bathroom in the third trimester.” Indicating that she is navigating the exact same physical challenges, Deepika accompanied the reposted video with an upside-down smiley face emoji.
Deepika and Ranveer announced their second pregnancy in April 2026 through a heartwarming Instagram post. The announcement featured their daughter, Dua Padukone Singh, who was born in September 2024. Soon after they made the happy news public, several celebrities and fans flooded the comments section to congratulate the couple.
