Sunita Ahuja recently sat for an interview with HT, wherein she shared that she wants to do something for herself. Sunita added that every other woman should be independent and not always depend on their fathers or husband. She further remarked that while growing up she had this urge to get married and settle down, which she did. Sunita shared how she took care of her family and kids, as she never wanted that they would grow up with the help of maids. Sunita can be quoted as saying:
“I feel every woman should be independent. They shouldn’t be dependent on their husbands or fathers. While growing up, I always knew I wanted to get married and settle down. I did. I took care of my family, my husband and kids as I didn’t want them to grow up with maids. But now they have grown up and have a life of their own.”
