Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan moves to high court due to the increase in misleading content about her on the internet. The court has issued a notice in response to Aaradhya’s plea. According to reports, legal notices have been sent to Google, Bollywood Times, Bolly Pakora, Bolly Samosa and Bollywood Shine.
The next hearing for the case has been scheduled for March 17, 2025. In 2023, the Delhi High Court had ordered Google to remove false videos that speculated that Aaradhya was ill or passed away.
The court had also asked Google to share information about the uploaders who put the false information on the internet. It also requested the Central government to block these false material while following legal rules.
Aaradhya’s lawyers alleged that there were “absolutely false” videos on YouTube about private life. The “distasteful content” was to “create shock value, gain overnight popularity.”
