Jashwanth Bopanna recently sat for an interview with ETimes, wherein he was asked about the reason for his breakup with Akriti Negi. Talking about the same, Jashwanth shared that he and Akriti decided to call it quits as he felt that the balance in their relationship shifted over time. He added that he believes that a relationship can work if both of the people are equally invested in it, but for him and Akriti, their bond didn’t feel right after a time. He called the decision of breaking up with Akriti a difficult one but made with respect and understanding. Talking more about the same, Jashwanth shared:
“We decided to part ways because, over time, I felt the balance in our relationship shifting. I realized that a relationship thrives when both people are equally invested, and somewhere along the way, that connection didn’t feel the same. It was a difficult decision, but one made with respect and understanding which was needed.”
