An FIR has been registered after music composer Pritam Chakraborty’s staff member stole Rs 40 lakhs from studio. The case has been filed accusing an office boy of running away with the money.
According to reports from preliminary information about the case, Pritam’s manager tried to contact the accused but there was no answer. Later, the phone was switched off, which aroused suspicion.
The incident happened on February 4 at 2 pm. The manager had kept the money in a trolley bag and left for Pritam’s house to get his signature on documents. Upon returning, he checked that the money in the bag was gone.
