PV Sindhu is a double Olympic medalist for whom Badminton has been her world, and even in that grind, she found love in Venkata Datta Sai, an entrepreneur from Hyderabad. The couple had an intimate wedding on December 22, 2024 at Udaipur. Their wedding was grand but also had a selected guest list at the same time. The excellent athlete recently revealed her life beyond sports and how she is always expected to win. Sindhu spoke about her love life and how Venkatta added value to her broken heart.
PV Sindhu opens up on carrying broken pieces of her heart
During a recent interview with the Bombay Times, PV Sindhu shared how her love, Venkatta, changed her life. She revealed that love has been the most beautiful surprise of her life, and even though Badminton is everything to her, she never really stopped to think about love. However, with Datta she said everything just clicked. In her words:
“He has changed my life in ways I can’t even put into words. I was carrying a lot of broken pieces for years until he walked in and made life feel magical again. His presence, his kindness, his constant support—it’s like he brought a whole new world of happiness into my life.”
